Overview

At FORMICA Agency, we connect with the team, our clients, and society.

We are looking for a strategic, personable, and results-driven Business Development & Customer Acquisition Officer to lead all outreach and enrollment efforts for our client’s program. You will be the face of the program for prospective families—crafting compelling messages, driving sign-ups, and nurturing leads through to confirmed enrollment.

This role combines sales, marketing, and community engagement. You’ll help build and manage our lead pipeline, connect with parents and schools, drive registrations, and support customer service needs in the lead-up to and during the summer program. If you enjoy working with people, closing deals, and being part of a youth-centered initiative, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with the Program Lead and the Communications team to design strategies that speak to our core audiences—families, schools, and community networks that value creativity, confidence-building, and high-quality extracurricular learning.
