  • Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize daily to-do lists, allowing the team to focus on high-impact tasks. Your role will be essential in creating structure and clarity, ensuring that no tasks slip through the cracks.

  • Communications Support: Draft, edit, and manage emails, messages, and internal memos with a professional tone. You’ll help keep communication lines open and flowing smoothly, responding to messages promptly and following up as needed.

  • Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system for important documents, records, and contracts. You’ll ensure information is easy to locate and secure, managing both digital and physical files for quick retrieval and reference.

  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare agendas, gather relevant materials, and handle meeting logistics. During meetings, you’ll take notes and track follow-up actions, ensuring no detail is missed and all tasks are assigned and completed promptly.

  • Errand Assistance: Support with occasional personal tasks to help our leadership team focus on strategic priorities. This may include arranging gifts, booking personal appointments, or assisting with special projects as needed.

  • Project Coordination: Take the lead on specific mini-projects or tasks assigned by leadership, coordinating resources and timelines. Whether it’s organizing an office event or managing special assignments, you’ll help bring initiatives to life.
